Re: 83352 - The Board Apostasy Board (I'm joking, not hating
I was one of the first on the BoardBoard. I was very active here for a long time. Most of you know me. I stopped contributing because I tired of being in the minority. It became a negative influence on me. I left because I got tired of having my orthodox beliefs openly mocked. It felt like there was...

I just want to say that not yayfulness is probably the best thing that has happened to the Board since CATS or the Snake Whisperer. I just love when not yayfulness answers!

Re: 72207 -- Announcements
My parents were super devious. They told everybody when my mom was going to have a baby, but they kept the gender completely under wraps until it was born. They didn't even tell us kids! I remember when my last sibling was born that my cousin (who had been babysitting us while my parents were at the...

Re: Happy Days in Random Chatter 10
As a soon-to-be history grad, I have to say that history is much easier than math because there's no right answer. That means it's more like life. It helps you to look at all the facts you can gather, judge how accurate they are, figure out which facts you are missing, make an educated guess, and de...

Re: Can a thin guy fall in love with a fat girl?
Speaking as a man, I will say that weight doesn't have to be an issue. At all. Being physically attractive is important, sure, but there are so many ways to go about it than having a Hollywood figure and the face of Scarlett Johansson. If a girl takes care of herself (by doing radical stuff like sho...

Re: Flossing
I floss every day. Seriously. When I came home from my mission, my goal was to have the hygenists say "it's been two years since you've seen a dentist?!?!" Mission accomplished. My gums are perfect.

Yes, and Nike, but I doubt she'll be around. She was my favorite back in the day when I first started reading.
And I hope the Claudios answer a question or two as well.

I was actually thinking Arrested Development, though I may have misquoted since it's been a few years. Yeah, that's what I was going for. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_LEJ6tZI7_k Touching is weird. I don't like being touched. By anybody, man or woman. People rave about cuddling? I have never unde...

When it comes up. I don't see the need to bring it up intentionally, but if it somehow came up I'd be happy to talk about My Opinions. Usually, however, I try to avoid bringing them up in polite conversation.

What does Alan Alda have anything to do with anything? I haven't heard his name in a loooooooong time (though now I want to rewatch the West Wing). Also, I think she was talking about finals.

I try to avoid those topics because I have opinions. Most of them are too pinko for conservatives, yet modern liberalism just doesn't sit right with me.
