Log in troubles

I've been unable to log in as of late on my computer. In fact, I still can't (this is on my phone). I've tried reseting my password, but that didn't work. Any idea what's going on?

Have you cleared your cookies? Tried a different browser?

We are having a lot of these troubles but there's nothing we can do, which is why we're trying to effect a move. When we remember to work on it. Because we're lazy.
