They put in a LOT of hours as the inbox doubled in size within a few days. Not only did they keep up, they were patient and understanding to all us apostate alumni. I think open, respectful conversations from all parties helped avoid some of the drama we've had in the past, and I appreciated hearing insight from everyone who chimed in on the hot button issues. Even the ones I disagreed with. Thanks for a fun week.
