I think it would be really interesting to do an analysis of all of the tweets that use the #ldsconf hashtag during General Conference weekend (especially in terms of whether some talks or speakers get a bigger reaction than others). I spent some time poking around the Twitter API documentation last April (when the idea first occurred to me), but I quickly got way out of my programming depth.
Can anyone give me some pointers or help?

I did a little digging around and got their streaming API working, so getting the data is essentially ready to go. (The analysis will be a bit trickier, but that's the fun part!)
