You shouldn't ask sensitive questions about the state of her soul like that! She's probably really sensitive about whatever it was she did that stuck her in such cold regions.

No no no, hell is all hellfire and heat and whatnot. Cold is the opposite of hell. Which is why Canadians have such a reputation for niceness =P
