I have heard of all three! Alas, I do not watch TV or children killing each other. (Not a comment on those who do watch Hunger Games; just saying that I can't do it myself. Far too effing sensitive.)

George R. R. Martin epic fantasy now adapted for television on HBO. (I've heard of all of them, I'm just not watching any of them. I did start watching Avatar, though. If and when I watch popular shows, it tends to be a few years after everyone else. )

This is reminding me of the time one of my guy friends was dying to see Garfield but was embarrassed because he thought it was a girl movie, so he dragged me and another girl with him so that he could tell people he had to go because his lady friends needed a ride to the theatre (and I don't even think he was the one that drove us there).

Also, I am planning to go see Hunger Games. Probably with my parents because by the time I get home from France everyone else will have seen it, and I need to someone to drive me!!
