Mobile Device Management

I know it's a stretch, but does anyone have any experience with Mobile Device Management? Like, setting up a dealio that will let an administrator remotely control a tablet connected to a cellular network, as well as blocking most programs except for ones specifically set aside as "Okay" by said administrator?
