Do people generally bring their iPods on 5ks, 10ks, and so on? I imagine they do.
What about those 5ks where they throw color on you, in the style of the festival of colors? I'm doing one of those tomorrow, and I run better with music and feedback from my running app, but a) I'm wondering if it will ruin my iPod (which would be almost entirely covered up by my arm band) and b) if it would be unsociable to use it.
