So... I tried playing Prince in G&K and got pounded. I'm a little afraid of playing with real people now...

Haha, well you still get to choose your difficulty level :) You can play lower and it will all even out.

That was GREAT. I really hope that game saved because I was doing really well!

Do we want to schedule our next session for next Wednesday? Is that fine for everyone right now?

I hope I have a decent computer by then. But if not, my laptop should do better with me not trying to multitask as much (I figure out it crashed when the screensaver hit.)

Tomorrow, right?

I don't have a good computer yet, but I'm getting there. And I'll be more focused, and hopefully won't crash.

MY COMPUTER IS UP AND RUNNING. I'M SO READY FOR NEXT TIME. (Also, if we want to, we can change back to Tuesday. Because I believe I'm busy-ish next Wednesday. Or we can stay on Wednesday, and I'll just show up late.)

I'd be fine switching to Tuesday for the next couple weeks. Anybody else?

Get a mic.

Also, I think that should be fine.

Oh yeah everyone, get a mic!

A decent pair of headphones with mic is about $25 at Best Buy, and it will seriously make things much more fun.

Oh! I may actually have one. We'll see if it works. Heck, it'll probably work. Rosetta Stone FTW!

I was just thinking about how cool it would be to have a civ called "The Nephites." And then I started looking at files, and realized that you would have to edit just about every file in the game directory to make it work, and so my dream went (rather quickly) up in smoke.

People make mods of new leaders, right? Maybe someone should create a "Create a Civ Leader/Culture" software, that would do the editing for you and you just provide basic info, pics, etc.

You could try suggesting that on a forum - some of them have a place to suggest ideas you don't want to do yourself.

Also: EVERYONE GET A MIC.

there's a mod for putting in various made-up civilizations. I saw one for all the Mass Effect races.
