THAT HAPPENED ONCE TO DRAGON BABY! It was terrifying. Except instead of just his hands, he was holding a PVC pipe. I'm still nervous around the biggest gorilla at Hogle Zoo. And *never* want to meet one in the wild.

Yeah. My dad told me that when he worked at Hogle Zoo, there was a custodian who wouldn't go in the same building as the . . . orangutans, I think? Because they hated him, and would scream and throw themselves at the window. He knew, if the glass ever broke, he'd be dead in a heartbeat.

Raised on stories like that, I find that gif less "defenseless animal startles little bullies and teaches them a valuable lesson" and more "gosh, those kids are sure lucky the glass is strong, or they'd all be dead."
