I've also heard this rumor, which st. just says is not true. I mentioned it to my TBM MIL though, and she was unsurprised and said he was repeating himself in a recent non-conference meeting. I originally heard the rumor on Feminist Mormon Housewives. It's possible that he has moments of forgetting and whatnot--most older people do. One of the talks that emphasized how the rest of the first presidency is in charge when the president is sick made me wonder if there might be more to it.
