GRE prep

So I've taken the GRE twice: 2008 and last year. I got 98th verbal, 80th math, and perfect writing both times.

I think prep classes are a massive waste of money unless you are a really poor test taker. The GRE is easier than the GMAT.

The free online test is a good idea. Princeton Review and Kaplan books from the library are solid.

I stayed up til 3:00 A.M. on a first date before the last time.

So, prepare, but I wouldn't stress too much. If you did well on the SAT, review some basic math principles, and can write a five paragraph argumentative essay, you'll do fine.

If you're still stressed, lots of qualified one on one tutors on services like Thumbtack that won't bankrupt you!
