The only thing I have to say about whether or not leggings make short things modest is this EFY book from the 80's

http://www.abebooks.com/Feeling-Great-D ... 5757620/bd

but let's be clear I don't wear bike shorts under my shorts. but hey...if that's your thing I'm not going to think you're immodest.

Also, Zed did an awesome job with her response.

I've worn yoga pants under shorts before, but that's because if you want to wear shorts while working out at BYU-I, they have to be the "approved" ones that are only suitable for guys with a 32" inseam and completely neglect the fact that girls wear their pants differently than guys and that tall people exist. Since I have a 35" inseam and am a girl, the shorts are about an inch too short to cover my garments while standing and 3 inches to short to cover my garments while sitting or working out.

For some reason, this makes me think of that time a few years ago when someone thought sandals were immodest because he had a foot fetish... anyone else remember that one?

I wonder if there are calf/forearm/shoulder fetishes in Saudi Arabia.

yes, which helped me realize that... at some point I don't care if it turns someone on, I'm just going to have to wear something.

Link, mostly because it contains the best accidental innuendo I have made in my life (as yayfulness, anyway).

It is weird reading stuff I wrote three and a half years ago. Almost like reading something written by an entirely different person.

"I don't ever see it, therefore it doesn't exist." Probably one of the biggest barriers to understanding that the world has to offer. Your life experiences and circle of friends are not a representative sample and should not be treated as such.

You've heard the term "porn shoulders"? Since I've personally experienced it here, going to go with "yes."

Yeah, because wearing nothing would turn way more people on.
