This one made me wonder what's the worst beverage I've had. Probably Inca Kola. Bright yellow and tastes like concentrated bubble gum.

Even worse than the beverages made from tamarind? (Jarritos has one) Or the ones made from (and in the flavor of) molasses, like Malta India?

That Coca Cola Beverly drink. You make one little misstep while visiting the Strip with friends...

Chocolate Shasta soda. (It smelled good, though.)

Rexburg tap water.

And for the record, I actually like Inca Kola. But I also grew up with it.

Also (tangentially) I really like drinks made from guarana, and I wish it was more common in the U.S.

Starbucks over-roasts their beans. Once you have coffee that's not burnt to a crisp, it's hard to go back.

But Beverly is still worse.

Maybe it would be more tolerable now that I drink? I almost want to go try it again as an experiment, buuuuuut... yeah, no.

I remember trying Inca Kola and Beverly at EPCOT. Beverly was the only one that I wouldn't try on a regular basis, but I did encourage my parents to try it when they came to visit me. TBS, if you end up in EPCOT and decide to drink around the world, just remember that starting in Mexico is the hard way and it's much easier to start at the other end.

Not really a fan of Mate either.

In Zambia, I was served a homemade beer that......words do not even describe it. It was thick, almost like a milkshake, but grainy at the same time. Kind of like fermented porridge. I don't know how I kept it down.

In India I tried a "health drink" that was absolutely vile. The most predominate flavor was beet, but there was other gross stuff in there too. My dad doesn't mind beets as much as I do, but even he thought the drink was truly disgusting.
