I was referring to the writing system... French, Spanish, English, and German all use Latin characters... Russian and Ukrainian use Cyrillic China uses Han Japan uses Han, Katakana, Hiragana, and Latin (etc and so on) So no matter what language you're speaking... It's still "U+00EB LATIN SMALL ...

@Tao My friend works as a recruiter and does job interviews all the time. The best you can do in most situations is simply inquire as to whether the candidate can adequately do the job. (On matters of legal issues I would suspect you can ask more pointed questions... i.e. "Are you over 21"...

Charities believe there are only a certain amount of "charity dollars" up for grabs... So they compete for them the same way corporations compete for market share... Advertising...
