Re: #58089 Hypatia Vs. Marzipan

Cognoscente, it was fun for you because you didn't have to compete. That was probably the most humiliating thing I've ever done for the Board! I dunno, I was Marzipan's judge for the phone numbers event, and she seemed entirely capable AND willing when it came time to perform.... Oh, what-the-freak...

I saw Bob today at the Farmer's Market. It was delightful to see her again! :)

Is that a challeeeeeeeenge?!

Just kidding. I'm probably not going to try to uncover your identity (polite way to say "stalk," of course).

Thanks for the good times, all! The food was great and it was nice to put faces to 'nyms.

And playing Rock Band was pretty cool, too.

Sorry it's taken so long, but I wanted to offer my apologies to Hobbes and Marzipan. It seems like they were just working to make a big picture happen. While I am still not a huge fan of the inside-banter that went on between the two of them for so long, they continue to give great answers and they...

I have never understood the women that get upset when guys do nice things for them. I've never understood that, either. Although not every chivalrous act is necessarily a romantic or flirtatious gesture, there's nothing wrong with accepting an act of service like having a door opened for you or hav...

Gio, I'm glad you're secure enough in your masculinity to giggle. I had a funny mental image of an adult man clapping his hands to his mouth and kicking his feet while hearing some hard-core bikers cuss like sailors. It made me smile.

I've always thought of Gimgimno as "Gimma-imma-nimma-no" or something along those lines, because that sounds more interesting in my head. But it has to be said in my cheerful little mezzo-soprano voice for the full effect to work. Well...for me, anyway.

You forgot out our friend M, the stone-cold bleep! At least, she seemed like a stone-cold bleep in her submission. She's probably a really kind person in real life. Oh right, forgot about that, Gimgimno. Well...she doesn't count. She was probably stressed about finals. Right? Right? Back me up here!

I know I'm jumping into this thread SUPER late, but now that tempers are mellowed and it's a happily-ever-after (?), I'll throw in my two cents. Even though it probably won't matter so much now. Meh. Oh well! Guys, I really enjoyed working on this project. I know it wasn't everyone's thing, but I ap...
