Mine isn't either! I'm at almost 5,000 but it won't let me change it! :(

Dating

How do you know when to start dating someone? We've been talking for a couple months and right now we're super long distance (opposite sides of the country) and I feel like we could be dating but A) I don't know how it's any different from what we have now and B) I don't even know if it's worth it a...

Re: #79572 - Tall guys

Is there really a short-guy syndrome? I've never been involved with one (I never felt that they were attracted to me .) I have read plenty of research that taller, fitter guys reap all sorts of benefits, from being paid more to being more confident to being assumed to have better personalities. Ugh...

Re: NaNoWriMo 2014

I am for the first time! I'm working on a YA novel tentatively titled The Willow Street Home for Physically and Psychologically Disabled Children . I don't like the title but I had to come up with something! If anyone wanted to read it and give suggestions I would definitely be open to it and extrem...

#79386—Scholarship Matrix

I have a 34 on the ACT. I saw this new matrix and now I'm freaking out. Am I really only eligible for 1 year tuition? I had really hoped to be able to get a 4 year scholarship with my score, but I guess it isn't good enough. Is this matrix just an estimate or is it true: I'm only eligible for a one ...

UTA confusion...

Please help me! I am visiting Utah this weekend and I am so confused by all the public transportation. I am going to need to go from Murray to BYU, back to Murray, and from Murray to Temple Square multiple times. What are the best stops to get on/off? What are the latest times the trains/buses run? ...

Re: Goodbye Sheebs and Stego Lily!

And Stego! We shall miss you very much as well for your patience and the love which you showed readers. I don't think you ever wrote a snarky answer at all, and the way you addressed and ended all of your questions is a continual reminder to me that being nice doesn't cost anyone anything and makes...

Re: meals after giving birth

I agree with OP! I saw this question and just thought it was so strange! You shouldn't just expect people to serve you. The members of the Church aren't your servants or personal chefs. It's okay to ask for help but to expect it just because they're also in your ward is a little ridiculous. My mom h...

What are you passionate about?

I'm curious! I had to do a project for my philanthropy class raising awareness for a cause. I chose preventing texting while driving. What causes are you passionate about?

Re: Happy Days in Random Chatter 10

I'm in 11th grade and I'd suggest that if you want them to pay attention try to make it kind of funny. But don't try too hard... Also, I would suggest coming up with questions that might be asked so that you're prepared. I'm not a teacher but I have given presentations haha...

Re: Answers I liked

Oh the matrix. I took the ACT once as a sophomore, knew I was a point off full-ride, and took it once more as a junior just to get the scholarship. The matrix definitely made my life easier. I think it also helped me feel confident applying to other schools. I mean, I got stacks of mail from all so...

I think a GB is 1024 MB. I'm not entirely sure though.

Common Core (NOT a debate!)

Hi guys! I have to write a 20 page research/debate paper on a topic of my choice next year for my school's honor program. I've chosen to write about Common Core and how a "one size fits all" method doesn't work with education. I will also be talking about people with moderate to severe lea...
