Re: #57789 Cool Secret Skill

See? Long time ago. Didn't remember. Because it was so long ago. I still have no idea what story he's talking about, for the record. We were going to Disneyland, you threw up in the humidifier. End of story. We were young, had pb&j for lunch with Pringles. That is straight up nasty. I don't kno...

Oh! And Cormac McCarthy.

But not Child of God. I wouldn't wish that book on my enemies.

Re: Books in a Family Library

I have been on a YA kick.

I would add:

The Dark is Rising Series by Susan Cooper

The Once and Future King by T.H. White

The Thief Lord by Cornelia Funke

Anything by Robin McKinley

Anything by Natalie Babbitt

Yeah... I love when libraries sell the books they don't have need of anymore.

In florida, I run in a sports bra. Sorry. The humidity is too much here. In utah, a sports tank top and short jogging shorts. The receiving end of judgmental glares is a fun place to be.

First kiss: We were hugging, he leaned down and kissed me, I freaked, put my hands over my face, shook my head side-to-side screaming, "NO! NO! NO! NO!". On that note, I ran inside.
