Dear 361,
I can't take credit for that. It was in a question on the board a while back.
Yours truly,
Gio

That was like the time my dad spent $16 on over $200 worth of books at the Bookstore!Unit of Energy wrote:I got 25 movies today for 12.50. It was a great day at DI.
Ah, the Bookstore. We make out like bandits there. : D
The Epistler was quite honestly knocked on her ethereal behind by the sheer logic of this.

I might need a lesson on bandit making out in the Bookstore.

It mostly involves working at the Bookstore - my dad gets 30% discount (and so do I, until I'm 30 or married) and I work in General Book so I can save books in the back and get deals on sidewalk sales because I help set up.

All you really need to know is when the bookstore is having sales. Since Bob and her father are bookstore employees they have a head start on everyone. The reason her dad only had to pay $16 was because they were having a 75% off sale and then of course he gets an extra 30% discount. But even if you don't get the extra discount 75% off is still pretty darn good. From what Bob tells me there seems to be some kind of sale going on everyweek.xkcd *** wrote:Uh... Now that you know the secrets of the bookstore you can make out with bandits all you want!
