To tell the truth, I actually did start gardening after I read this this morning. But it wasn't a conscious transition; I just realized it. But it was all indoors. I have about 20 some-odd plants that were in desperate need of a trim. In fact, I had to start Operation-Save-Tamar and Operation-Save-Juliette — my two wandering Jew plants. They're both looking really, really sad. Apparently desert Jews don't like snow?

I'm just praying that it clears up by the time I leave for Idaho tomorrow. Otherwise two people might be out thanksgiving plans.

Blizzard = my husband gets off work early today and he goes in late tomorrow. Woohoo!

Heh, considering that we were in a winter warning from midday yesterday to 5 this morning and a blizzard warning from 5:00 to 23:00 today... you may want to keep Idaho in your prayers as well. Hate for it to be clear for you until you hit the Malad Pass.

And I would just like to say that as far as blizzards go, I was a little disappointed. It's a pretty big snowstorm, but not the blizzard conditions I was expecting. Which is just fine, really. Slightly safer (but I'm assured by those that actually go outside that the roads are still quite treacherous and it's simply nasty temperatures), less chance of power going out, etc. I assume it's finally hit the Provo area...is it blizzard-like enough for you?

hardly. it's stopped snowing for the moment.

We didn't even get any snow that stuck in Orem. And hardly any wind. And from what I can tell online, the "blizzard" has passed. I'm seriously disappointed by this.

There's like...an inch outside. And that's being generous.
