Well, they've been teaching us in med school that pregnancy is not a disease (although there can be diseases associated with it, obviously). They did, however, teach us that trauma can sometimes be thought of a "disease" - that sometimes the same people get the same injuries over and over again because of various lifestyle factors. I thought that was an interesting idea.

And now back to our regularly scheduled sex discussion.

To be fair, "get(ting) the same injuries over and over again because of various lifestyle factors" is not necessarily outside of the sex discussion. I'm sure you could talk to some E.R. doctors about that....
