I was informed today that I may reapply for a mission in two years. It took Salt Lake ten weeks to decide that.

Yes, a bummer, but not an outright rejection. You have two years to prepare, and get ready. You have not been given a big fat no, you have been given a not yet. Keep at it! You can do it!
