I hate smoking and secondhand smoke, but it's a far cry from sexual assault (as is denying someone a work contract based on frivolous social slights, unfortunate as that may be). I don't think there's enough textual evidence to say whether that was a rape attempt, seduction/flirting, or what. Aggression is different in my mind from thoughtlessness.
