P.S. The Board was featured in the Daily Harold approx. one year ago. I should know, seeing as how I'm the one they interviewed.

And that JzG guy who had it out for the article is no longer a user on Wikipedia.

He's actually still around, though he does point out that his "wiki interests at the moment are limited"...here's his user talk page. I don't see that that would make a huge difference either way; he may have had strong feelings, but it was a fairly mutual decision to go ahead and delete the article. Even the (past and present) Board writers who were involved in the discussion ended up agreeing that deletion was probably the best thing, for then at least.

Note that I'm not saying that it definitely shouldn't be re-created; just that as of last summer, it made more sense to go ahead and delete it.
