I've been trying to sleep for the past 45 minutes, and have been interrupted by my roommate taking 2 full-volume phone calls to her boyfriend. I've tried a pillow to each ear, but it doesn't help much when she's just in the top bunk. Come on! It's 11:40! AND I take my first sub job tomorrow, and I'm worried I won't wake up in time.

I think it's time to shell out for a private room. I can't take this much longer. I may move out and sleep on the couch tonight, if this keeps up. I know I could just ask her to pipe down, but 1) I don't want to, and 2) I'm sure she already knows that having loud phone conversations late at night with a roommate trying to sleep is inconsiderate.

Ugh. The discussion just switched from her eating and gym habits to their V-day plans.

Turned a paper in literally at the last second. (Unless Learning Suite's clock is different from my computer's, in which case I'm probably hosed.) If I'd had five more minutes, I would have been able to have 100% instead of 75% of my citations properly done and I would have been able to include a title. Or if I'd noticed the time five minutes earlier...

Meh. It's done. And I can't lose more than a couple points for structural stuff like that.

Sometimes I'll be uncommonly good at recognizing some actor ("look, that third person back in the crowd on last night's Law & Order is the same person who was in that one hot dog commercial that played on TV a couple times back when we were in high school!"), but after seeing umpteen Resident Evil movie commercials and thinking the main actor looked familiar, it just clicked that that's the red-haired lady in The Fifth Element.

Uffish, that sounds SO ANNOYING. You guys don't have a common room she can use or something? The bathroom maybe?? Also, have you tried earplugs? You can get cheap foam ones at many stores like Walgreens or the grocery store, or you can get pretty nice plastic ones that last a long time. I use them a lot when I can't sleep because of some odd noise, or when traveling, and they are much better than pillows. Nevertheless, your roommate is super inconsiderate.

I've gone to bed at 8:30 and 7:30, respectively. I have not felt at all well. Living with relatives in a private room has its advantages.

Just saw the end of the last 30 Rock. The Kenneth-Parcell-is-immortal gag makes me laugh.

I'm looking at the 100HB shirts, and it just says bust and length on the sizing charts, but underneath the chart it gives directions for measuring hips and bust. What happened to the hip measurement on the sizing charts, and how do I measure length?

Also, could I just give Portia the $18.00 in cash and then somehow get the shirt from the Board? I'm not comfortable with using my credit card all over the internet......

I can see why people have concerns but I am very glad most people trust the security measures in place all over the internet, since currently my entire income comes from people using cards and/or PayPal on the internet.

I have absolutely no idea who distributes these shirts, how they'd contact with me, and I believe my shirt was last seen in the hands of steen, never to be seen again. #BoardBoardConfessions

I'm incredibly flattered though. :)

Yeah, credit card fraud is actually significantly more likely from in-person credit card use than online.

And board tee shirt fraud is always possible. #buys random $5 shirt from BYU, makes $13 profit

Squirrel, I got a Board shirt online and didn't have any problems. Just be sure to get a big enough size if you buy the women's shirt. I think I got a medium and it was pretty tight. Good thing I lost some weight so I can actually wear it now.

I also love that boardboard confessions has become a thing :)

I once designed a Board shirt that never came to fruition, as it would have violated a lot of copyrights. It's dated now, but it was a good design at the time.

There's been talk of a redesign, but I don't know if or when that will actually happen.

Well. It's after 2 AM, but I finally overcame more than a year of procrastination and wrote a friend from my freshman ward who's serving in my mission.
