Happy Days in Random Chatter 10
Re: Happy Days in Random Chatter 10
If I just wanted to eat fatty things I'd eat something a little more decadent.
Bearnaise sauce comes to mind.

The Epistler was quite honestly knocked on her ethereal behind by the sheer logic of this.

That's a really good idea! Except I don't like cheese- cream cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, sour cream, cheese cake.....bobtheenchantedone wrote:Alfredo sauce with half a carton of cream in it?Marduk wrote:If I just wanted to eat fatty things I'd eat something a little more decadent.

Re: Happy Days in Random Chatter 10
A random story (because I just saw the guy this story is about on facebook):
There was this member. His name was Monster. He spoke really good English. He had been a member for a little over a year, after a succesful attempt by his (at baptism) future wife at "flirt to convert."
We had him at one of our lessons one day, and afterwards, my companion was chatting with the investigator and I was chatting with Monster. I asked him, "Monster, where did you learn English?" He replied "You really want to know? I used to watch a lot of American porn before I got baptized."
I about died laughing.

I hope that's not where he learned rules about American tipping, Gio.
Those would be some very confused pizza delivery men.

I'm sure the proofreaders think I've suddenly gone insane. A combination of sleep deprivation and no automatic spell-check on my work computer adds up to an unusual number of errors in my answers that they end up correcting.

Re: Happy Days in Random Chatter 10
If they take your wisdom teeth, is that going to make you stupider?
Re: Happy Days in Random Chatter 10
No, because all the wisdom is used in the creation of the tooth, it isn't retained in the tooth. So yes, I suppose there is a small loss of gross wisdom amount, but it is negligible and applied over the duration of tooth creation, and this applies to all individuals.

Re: Happy Days in Random Chatter 10
Luckily all of my wisdom teeth are already out so I don't have to worry about that. The biggest problem is the fact that this tooth will cost about $1400 by the time they're done with it.

GUYS. ONE OF MY EX-MISSION COMPANIONS WHO LIVES NEAR ME (most of the time) BUT CURRENTLY LIVES IN CHINA (but is currently visiting his family here) SAID HE WOULD BUY ME THE CHINESE THINGS THAT I MISS THE MOST.
Also, that made me think of a Chinese grammar principle that most missionaries never really understood.
BUT GUYS. HE'S BRINGING ME PENOTTI.
