Audrey just messaged our whole family to say that she switched to arm and hammer baking soda toothpaste and it's helped with her canker sores a lot. I hope you feel better. Also I love searching for housing and jobs, so if you give me some parameters I will look for stuff for you.

Aw, hugs to you, Uffish. And Whistler. And anyone else who needs them. Hugs all around. I think it's good to let yourself feel sorry for yourself every now and again. Just because there are "harder" things doesn't mean what you're going through isn't hard.

Indeed. It's a tough spot because if I get offered a job I'll want to take it, but there are my students to consider. I love them and would hate to leave them.

On a side note, I'm doing much better today. I also had my SO read http://theboard.byu.edu/questions/71953/ which was super helpful for both of us. For me, to say (which I couldn't say out loud for some reason), "sometimes, I need help and you can't fix me but please help me anyways" and for him to better understand what he can do.

I just changed the expected end date of my independent study course to January instead of June. I now have a bunch of overdue assignments.

I twisted an ankle today for the first time in like three years. That's the longest I've gone without twisting my ankle since middle school.

Augh! I have to plan out an entire year's worth of instruction to high schoolers and I have NO IDEA WHAT I'M DOING!
(Okay, this is only partially true. I have a very limited idea of what I'm doing, and if I'm doing it correctly. Woohoo. Augh.)
