Leap Day William made me think of Long John Silver's (the fast food seafood restaurant). I think royal blue suit and boater hat with gold trim + bald head + white handlebar mustache should catch on :)

Awesome! What did you think? (And feel free to be honest. I know the producer, but he isn't my best friend or anything.)

I quite enjoyed it. I brought some gamer friends with me, and they thought it was great too. One of the guys said he's going to buy it when it comes out on DVD.

And everyone thought I was really awesome for getting them into a free movie screening, so thanks again for the info!

Just saw YellowM&M on campus. I said hi, but I don't think she saw me. Maybe I need to try harder to get people's attention?

If you ever see me on campus I will say hi to you. However, chances are that you won't. I only go to campus on Sundays these days.

Vote for me!

http://brycesramblings.blogspot.com/201 ... e-now.html

My entry is #3 in this contest and apparently we're allowed to recruit our friends as voters. (Or vote for someone else if you genuinely prefer their entry. I won't be heartbroken.)

I voted! And I posted a link on Twitter asking people to vote for you. I might post it on my facebook page later if I run out of things to say. ; )

To everything there is a season . . . a time to crush LeBron's winning streak, and a time to suffer an ugly loss to the Zags. Oh that I were a Ute, and had never even come within an iota of expecting for March to come close to happening! Jimmer, Jimmer, why hast thou forsaken me?

Slightly different from MIT's Open Courseware, which is basically the resources of a class, such as the class's syllabus, videos of lectures and lecture notes, homework sets, and tests, which you can study on your own but get no official recognition for having completed, now MIT is offering an online course in circuit theory with actually recorded homework, graded midterms and finals, and the textbook is available online. People who pass get an electronic copy of a certificate they can print out. Of course there is no credit actually applicable toward a degree, but it does seem a little cooler (to me, at least) than simply "Here, you can learn this on your own." It just started yesterday, is free to enroll in, and the first homework is due next Friday.

For the first time ever, all the dishes in the house are clean at the same time. My fingers may never un-prune, but it will have been worth it.

I just filled my car for $2.53 a gallon! The marquee said $3.53, but I guess some sort of user or computer error dropped a dollar off that price. I was pretty dang thrilled!

Oh no! I love snowmobiling, but it is very dependant on the weather and type of snow. What happened?
