I don't know whether to be sad or excited. I am getting things set up for my trip next week to visit my parents and see my high school friend get married. But I am only taking one of my two kids with me. Hubby is stuck with his little buddy for a week. My kids are too cute to split up.
And then I have to go to a reception by myself - I'm pretty sure I won't know another person there.

42, that HP question was a good one. I don't have an answer because I'm too ridiculously tired to even think about it, but I'll give it some thought and get back to you hopefully tomorrow.

There must've been some other kind of curse to prevent Snape from bringing other people.
...that's all I got.
In other news, it's almost 10 pm and I'm still in a meeting. And I'm hungry. And this meeting is going soooo much more slowly than I would take it. Because I care more about efficiency than other people.

was actually her.

Some vines from the neighbor's wisteria plant snuck in to our yard and quietly started blooming so by the time I was aware of it, there was a gorgeous cascade of purple wisteria flowers across the shrubs. It makes me happy every morning.

ew gross. she brought me pastries once. those are way more delicious than octopus.

Well, I guess she's not all bad then. Come to think of it, she brought me a
Jamba Juice one time. That was pretty nice.
