This is day three? I thought we skipped a day.
Well, hopefully I can jump back in with these two, one for "day three" and another for "day four."
Two hearts, born to roam, who'll be the lonely one?
One love, who's cryin' now?
-Journey, Who's Cryin' Now?

We started on the 21st and that first day extended through the 22nd. The 23rd was day 2, the 24th was day 3, so now we're on day 4.

I suppose that whether or not you can jump back in will be up to the theme-picker. (I hope not, because my only hope of winning is to remember to post every day when everyone else is distracted. There's no way I can outlast all of you in terms of breadth of song knowledge.

No woman, no cry.
No Wo-man, no cry!
-Bob Marley; No woman, no cry
(amazing the number of different interpretations I've heard tagged on this song:
-"No woman, please don't cry."
-"If you don't/didn't have a woman, you won't/wouldn't cry."
-"I don't have a woman, I'm trying not to cry."
Aaaand I'm sure there were others, those are just the first ones to mind. The fact that the first time I heard the song was at the funeral of a highschool student who had suicided after breaking up with his girlfriend, it took me a while to settle my mind on the song.)

"And I cry and say, this is what matters. The truth is calling to you"
~"I Cry", Freddie Ashby, EFY 2003
(Okay, so I'm pretty sure I dreamed participating in this already. Because in my dream I couldn't remember what year of EFY it was.)
As far as Marduk goes, I think you just weren't paying attention. There was never any day-skipping, just day-extending. Sorry.

"You've got to live a little, die a little, laugh a little, cry a little. That's the story of, that's the glory of love."
song from the movie Beaches
I am actually not at all sure that those are the correct lyrics, so I'm going to look them up right now and if I'm wrong, I'm out.

Nope! Got it wrong. (The "laugh a little, cry a little" part is right, but the earlier lyrics are wrong and the "story of" bit is in the wrong place.") I'm out!

The song is her lover/
The melody's making her cry./
So she dances/
In and out/
Of the crowd/
Like a glance/
Josh Groban - So She Dances
I'm trying to cut back on the commas.

I may have, not knowing when 'days' start and end, and not being all that good at remembering what I've done and not.
*Edit. huh, guess I did. Thought that Santa Claus is Coming to Town was on the 24th, and it appears it was on Christmas day. Oops.

Okay, just as long as everyone's clear that the "days" start at midnight in whatever time zone you are in, preferably MST. (But I'm not discriminating against central or eastern...at least I'm trying not to.)
