A family friend has one of these: http://www.amazon.com/LJ-Womens-Lady-J/dp/B000XT91D0 for canoe trips. (I wished I'd had one when I went canoeing with them and fell off a mangrove root into the stinky, swampy Everglades while trying to take a pee.)
