I can't help but imagine your old hippie therapist being like this.

bob, I could be in love with Mary Oliver. Just saying.

Dead Cat, that was both horrifying and it greatly improves the story, so let's go with that. :)

You guys, The Black Sheep and I just found out that we are (fourth) cousins!

I still can't get over that. And we must be related through a different line, as well, as we are both related to Foreman and Commander Keen through that line. Who knew Katya and I shared so much heritage?

Yeah, I looked at that. I think we're 5th cousins on that line. Cousins forever!

I'm related to a ton of Mormons in Utah - we all originate from one guy early in the church who had several wives and was sent to found a city in Orem.

That's essentially the reason I'm related to everyone who has either St. George (or surrounding areas) or Ogden as their ancestral home.

P.S. Katya, you're my 9th cousin, as is Yog in Neverland.

Hooray for no polygamists in my ancestral line!

If your ancestral home is in Sevier County, there's a good chance you're related to me.

So, I just accepted a non-social work position. It STARTS at what will represent a 33% raise for me, and it will be much easier than my current job. I still get to work with people (kids and adolescents). I will probably get a break from watching people's lives be torn apart.

The best part? I don't feel guilty at all. Well, maybe a little. BUT NOT MUCH.

Yay! Sounds like a much-needed transition.

I bought the SuperGoop Açai Lip Balm from Nordstrom on the recommendation of the Board. So good job, random reader looking for it.

Has anyone taken the GRE since 2011? I took it in December 2008, so my score has now expired. I got 700/700/6 on it.

Imogen, Violet, possibly TBS, I'm looking at you.

I took it in 2012. I don't remember my score, but the math portion I did really poorly on.

I took it. I'll have to look up my scores because I don't remember them (though I'll apparently always remember my SAT score), but I remember I did tremendously well on the verbal/non-math/whatever it is in GRE speak.
