I was just reading the updates on my friend's blogs for the day, and it looks like my friend from my home ward had her baby boy. And they named him Duke Danger____. Yes, Danger is actually his middle name.

I mean, wow. We all joke about it, but they put it on the birth certificate . . . wow. LOL.

My step-sister and her husband named my poor niece Paisley. When our pastor announced her birth at church, he commented that their next child should be named Plaid. Somewhat poor taste, but so is naming your child Paisley.

I feel vaguely guilty for all of the times I've mocked my niece's name. So I try not to anymore. And I also give her good nicknames.

My mom gave me the most embarrassing nicknames of all time. I'm not sure I want to say them.

This isn't unfortunate, but it's cool and I like to share it: I had a cousin born on February 2nd and his name is a corruption of Groundhog. Like, his first name is Grant and his last name can kind of look/sound like ... yeah. Hardly anyone notices. It's our little family joke.

Craig, if you are saying that to make people ask for you to share them, consider yourself asked.

So 3d and my roommates threw me a surprise party last night. My roommates tell me that he did most of the work and that it was his idea. That kid needs to decide where I belong in his life.

Speaking of nicknames, I've always been curious...where does the name "3d" come from?

yes, that is not the only issue causing the question, there are other things. And I don't know that I want a romantic relationship, just a well defined relationship. And as for the nickname, he is the third person with his first name to live in that apartment and his name starts with D.

City of Love and Yellow Sidewalk for me. Also, Busted.

Excellent choices! Also, Bob, would Rusted happen to also fall under Busted?

Rusted good too. Busted is better, though.
