I'm not going to pretend not to be a little disappointed. Only a little.

I'm pregnant and the baby is also pregnant. And the baby and the baby's baby are both engaged, but I am not. Wow, I really need to go to bed.Katya wrote:Unit of Energy wrote:I currently hate all people who are getting engaged. I know far too many. Well, I'm not pregnant, nor engaged, and I only have one girlfriend, and I don't even like her that much. So there.

I'm a demon AND my boyfriend doesn't like me very much? Some day this is turning out to be.

So for fhe tonight everyone is supposed to bring an ingredient for a desert cooking competition. I'm not sure what to bring. I could go with sugar or flour, but likely someone else will bring that as well.

Re: Happy Days in Random Chatter 10
good catch. I'm a little bit sleep deprived. For some reason having my entire social circle stripped from my company, the lack of papers to write, and being a grown up with a full time job still haven't cured me of my staying up too late on a regular basis.

We just found out that my sister did not make the top 10 for the duct tape prom competition. : (
But here's her profile, in case any of y'all want to check out what she made this year: http://duckbrand.com/Promotions/stuck-a ... /6177.aspx

On Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and today, I stayed up til about 2 and got up around 7. You will find me napping on the upstairs faculty room couch (so ridiculously comfortable). My job isn't even close to full-time, I'm not in classes . . . oh wait, I do have a very active social circle. And my job is early. It's interesting to me that I can force myself to wake up for work but I couldn't (wouldn't?) for classes. My last two years I shouldn't have enrolled in any classes before 1 PM, truth.Unit of Energy wrote:good catch. I'm a little bit sleep deprived. At church on Sunday, no one could pronounce Ammonihah correctly. They were almost saying "anemone," which seems a lot harder to me.
Re: Happy Days in Random Chatter 10
It's ok, Deef. In MY Sunday School they were calling Nephihah "Neh-pee-yah."

My dad always pronounced it "Ammoni-HAH!" (with extra diaphragm). It made scripture study more fun that way.
