Some of my favorites from the Wikipedia list include:
Chanticleer (Some of their Christmas stuff is incredible)
The King's Singers (they sang with the MoTab a couple years back)
I've heard that Manhattan Transfer is good, but I don't personally have any experience with them.
The Real Group (If I was able, I would totally marry their music. They are THE BEST of anyone)
Like Manhattan Transfer, I've heard of Straight no Chaser
Take 6 (absolutely fantastic. Their Christmas medley is absolutely phenomenal)
Voice Male is the same case as Manhattan Transfer and Straight no Chaser.
The Choral Project (I've only heard a bit of them, but they are VERY good, although not Jazz like most of the groups I listed. They are actually genuine choral music)
Not on the list:
InsideOut A Capella (Absolutely phenomenal guys. And singers. They are what got me in to a capella music.
Vox P (I found them on iTunes. They've only released one album, but I wish they would release more.)
I've only heard a little Bobby McFerrin, but some of it is very fantastic. However, some is kind of lame.
There are also all sorts of other a cappella vocal jazz groups.
Oh, and here's a couple links with a cappella groups:
http://www.collegiate-acappella.com/
http://www.acappellafoundation.org/artists.html
http://www.singers.com/ This website has loads and loads of singing groups. Try the Vocal Jazz section. Also, the choral section may be of interest to you, depending on what you like.
If anyone has any more questions, let me know. This is one of my favorite things, and I could go on all day.
For the record, eMusic.com has lots of selection for these groups that iTunes doesn't often have.
But seriously: if you want to know more, shoot me an email. or a PM. Or anything.
