Okay, I might be the only dense one here, but exactly who are each of these referring to? I mean, I know Hobbes is the stuffed tiger from Calvin's comic strip. But which 'nyms are the rest of these referring to?

I don't know. Considering the time of year when most parades decide to take place, I don't think I would mind be rained on at one.
