Is there more context than that?
Because, otherwise, we can go with "Why are you eating the food?" and "Why are you answering the phone?" or anything else you would only do if you lived in the house. Maybe "Why do you care if I smash the windows in?" or "Why did you move all of your furniture into my apartment?"
(PS- that last one actually happened to my Grandfather on his second day living in an assisted living place. Some lady got lost, thought her apartment was the one my Grandfather just moved into, and got rather testy with him when he tried to insist it was actually his. The lives of 90 year old people is kinda sad sometimes. She calmed down when the official people were called in and they showed her that she had been living two doors down the hallway for a few years.)

Why are you sitting on the couch in your underwear?
Why are your socks on the floor?
Why are you putting your groceries in the fridge?
Why is your toothbrush in the bathroom?
Why is your stuff all over the place?
Why is your car in the driveway/parking spot/garage?
Why is your name on the electric bill?
Why did you write this down as your address?
Why does all your mail come here?
Why are your friends always coming over here?
Why do you spend so much time here?

Well, I suppose there is a bit more context.
Context #1 - as a writer, I am interested in what people think of when presented with a prompt.
Context #2 - I'm thinking of using "Because I Live Here" as a name for an Etsy shop, and I'm wondering how much I can get away with with this name. (Can I list jewelry in this shop, explaining that living here refers to my body as well as my house, neighborhood, town, state, country?)

When I lived in my father's house I often answered the phone to have people ask for my father. When I would tell them that he wasn't at home they would want to know where he was. Since I rarely knew I would just answer "I don't know, I only live here."
Well, maybe that wasn't very helpful.
Some other questions:
What do you care if the house is clean?
Why do we need to get to know the neighbors?
Why do we care about what the neighbors think of our yard and house?

Some perhaps less than typical answers:
Why shouldn't we bury nuclear waste here?
Why don't you want to relocate to the reservation?
Why can't we build this strip mall next door?
Why do you insist on the right to vote?
Why do you love the government so much?
Why do you hate the government so much?
Why isn't that other guy here?
And perhaps, best of all, if only because it comes from an actual conversation, Why do you have so many wierd decorations up?

Why can't I sleep here?
Why won't you move to Bali, it would be so much fun?!?
Why is this place such a dump?
