I don't know why, but I thought that "You unlock my heart like alohomora" was hilarious.
Ah, life is good.

Oh brother. Literally and figuratively.

Here are some of my sister's, that she came up with one year for Valentine's in high school:
C's Sis wrote:"We're just like the universe--we're held together by attraction.
You're like a chloroplast--you've captured all my energy!
You don't need an electron microscope to see that we're made for each other.
My endoplasmic reticulum is tickled by your presence.
Even if love is nothing more than a biochemical reaction to make sure that genes are passed on, it's certainly a spontaneous reaction around you.
A peptide bond isn't nearly as strong as our mutual attraction.
We fit together like an enzyme and its substrate--perfectly!
Like transmembrane proteins, our love spans the entire membrane of space and time.
I love you with every aorta of my heart. (People got after me for that one, because there's only aorta. I knew that. I was being poetic.)"

My physics study group came up with a bunch of physics valentines once. (They started out as pickup lines, but then they got dirty, so we decided valentines would be cleaner.) I only remember a couple, but "I'm all kinetic energy, since I fell for you" was a hit, and "All my quarks are charmed for you" was a favorite, as well.

Induced fit mechanisms are so cute! It's like the enzyme and its substrate are snuggling. <3 hexokinase
