Also, I'd still like to get a ride--almighty Google says it's a 45-minute walk, which is just far enough to be mildly annoying.

The list includes Gumby, aka Gimgimno, so it looks like he will be there. No one else, as far as I'm aware, though.

When I first read that I though you said you were thinking about bringing 1-8 people. That would be not nice to do at short notice.

You can park in carriage cove's parking lot until 9; if you plan on staying longer, you'll have to find street parking. I find there's always street parking in the side street just north of the complex.
