Emiliana Needs Dairy-Free Probiotics

Okay, if you can your hands on the ingredients, homemade yogurt made from coconut milk is to die for. I was lactose intolerant as a result of my celiac disease for a while, and I don't digest soy too well, so I got some yogurt starter and added it to coconut milk, and it was so good! I've still made a couple of times now that I'm back on dairy, because it is just awesome.

Great! Thanks for the suggestion. I can definitely get coconut milk (occasionally from fresh coconuts, but I don't think they're in season now), and I *think* I can get yogurt starter, too.
