I'm not very happy about this question.

Yeah, I think that's a bit crazy. When I first started at BYU, they hadn't yet switched to the 422 prefix and there were several prefixes. Poor candy counter. They deserve a real phone number!

Actually, I'm not happy about it because I didn't ask it (although, yes, poor candy counter). I don't think that the "другая" ("other") at the end is enough of a distinction for anyone who doesn't speak Russian.

I was actually wondering about that. I wonder if it's due to the new Linux system being called Katya?

Could be, although it's someone who speaks Russian, so I assume it's just someone else with a Russian connection who goes by "Katya." Which is all well and good, but I was here first!
