Humor will not be tolerated!! -Portia

The professor for one of my classes screwed up the grade on my transcript by about two letter grades. I've tried contacting said professor about the problem, but he's been unresponsive. Who should I go to next to fix this?

Department chair, probably, unless your department has an undergrad/grad coordinator (can't remember what level of school you're in), then try them before the department chair. By unresponsive, do you mean he's just been impossible to contact, or is he saying that he's going to fix it but hasn't done it yet? If it's that he's been impossible to contact, make sure you have a record of an email that you've sent him and that you've tried to go to his office at least once, just so no one can accuse you of trying to make this into a big scene without trying to contact him first.
