Humor will not be tolerated!! -Portia

Do any of you have knowledge and experience of web design or know someone who does who would be willing to design a website for a very low cost? My NGO is kind of halting on the point of takeoff because our site isn't up and running. It's all written and organized and constructed, but it's not pretty at all. I've been sending out a lot of feelers the last few days- so here's one more feeler. Let me know- and if you or your acquaintance has time in the near future, that's even better, since we're pushing to get a lot of other things going as soon as our website is functional.
