Do airports automatically close for tropical storms? It looks like central Maine is going to be walloped on Monday afternoon, and that's when my roommate is scheduled to fly back from Europe. (I highly doubt if she even knows we're in the path of Irene, so I'll probably email her today.)

Although now I'm remembering that she's actually flying in to Boston, not Portland or Bangor, so she might be OK.
