I really don't like being dependent on a pill to sleep, but other than that, I like it. Then again, it's really the only "sleeping pill"* I've ever taken. I just have to be careful about being online after I take it. I've woken up and found out I've done things that I didn't remember the night before. Whoops.



*Before I was on Ambien, I took a pill to help me sleep called Trazodone, which isn't specifically a sleeping pill, but it helped. Unfortunately, after my heart surgery I had to stop taking it, so I switched to Ambien.
