What are the odds that both this question and this one would be asked in a single day?
I was immediately reminded of an old Simpsons episode.


Personally, I haven't really thought much about whether or not we will be meat-eating (or even plant-eating, for that matter) beings in the hereafter, but I do love me some bacon. Anyone else have any thoughts/wild speculations? ...and was anyone else reminded of that Eden scene?

Under the assumption that we'll still enjoy the things we enjoy now after the resurrection, I've often wondered if God ate bacon while the Mosaic law was in place for his chosen people.

The most likely conclusion I've come up with is, "Of course!" I imagine it to be similar to when parents tell a kid they can't have a cookie until after dinner, but if the parent wants a cookie they go ahead and get one.
