As a once and perhaps even future R.A., I can state equivocally that R.A.s are completely forbidden from dating the near-jailbait. Not supposed to date each other, either. Causes too many problems. Crush elsewhere, 's my advice. (And trust, 18 year old girls aren't mature either. Frontal lobes, darlin'.)

Yeah, I was pretty sure that there was a rule against it somewhere, but I didn't want to say so unless I could actually find it.
