Split up. The Spain Las Palmas mission used to cover the Azores, Madeira, the Canary Islands, and Cape Verde. The Azores and Madeira were merged back into the Lisbon, Portugal Mission. Cape Verde became it's own mission. The Canaries eventually were merged back into one of the Spain missions.

I know I could Google this, but you presumably know off the top of your head. Which language is spoken in all these areas?

The Azores and Madeira - Portuguese
The Canaries - Spanish
Cabe Verde - Portuguese and Cape Verde Creole

I served on the Portuguese islands.
