Totally have, and so has my friend (used my hair, not his). The same friend who once licked my eyeball. He was in my dream last night. I haven't had long hair for a while, though, so this isn't an option any more.

Back when I had long hair I tried this. I wasn't impressed with the results. I'm pretty picky about my floss, though--I only use that expensive satin kind.

I've done it. It's great in a pinch. And I honestly don't understand where the "ew! ew!" comes from. But I wash my hair fairly often, and I'm guessing it's more sterile than whatever food I've jut put into my mouth. What's the big deal?

I'll use just about anything to get something out of my teeth, my go-to option being a partially chewed-off fingernail. Also, I once tried to floss with a granola bar wrapper, which my sister likes to make fun of me for.

I have tried it on several occasions when there's something in my teeth that's driving me crazy and I can't get any actual floss, but it never works! I think it's a losing combination of my teeth being too close together and my hair breaking too easily.

GA - I've totally flossed with all kinds of wrappers. It works!

My huge problem is that whenever I notice something stuck in my teeth it is always between teeth that have a permanent retainer on them. Nothing I can do until I get home and break out my special flossers.

I always get fingernail pieces caught in my teeth, but nothing short of actual floss gets them out.
