I, like Entropy Ninja, have experienced this exact thing for the same reasons. But even if it's not related to stress, the guy had best EFFING TAKE CARE OF IT. I basically tried to ignore it and almost ended up in the hospital a couple of times because I wouldn't eat for days, and I created some awful food habits I'm still trying to overcome. It sounds like he might not head that direction - he's got enough smarts to eat even if he's not hungry - but he should still take care of things as quickly as possible.
